Cut audio into
exactly the clips you need.
Open a track, set as many start and end times as you like, and get every clip back separately — or all of them in one ZIP. The cutting happens in your browser, so nothing is ever uploaded.

How it works
Three steps, no account
- 01
Drop the file in
MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, OGG or FLAC. It opens straight away — there is no upload to wait for.
- 02
Mark your clips
Add a row per clip and type the start and end. Seconds, MM:SS or HH:MM:SS — whichever is quicker. The duration works itself out.
- 03
Take them away
Play each clip to check it, download the ones you want, or take the whole set as a ZIP.
Everything the job usually needs
As many clips as you need
One row per clip, added, reordered and deleted as you go. Every clip is cut from the original, not from the clip before it.
Times the way you type them
90, 1:30 and 00:01:30 all mean the same thing. Times are checked against the real duration before anything runs.
Cuts that land
Clips are re-encoded rather than stream-copied, so a cut lands on the second you asked for instead of the nearest keyframe.
Nothing is uploaded
The real FFmpeg runs inside this tab, compiled to WebAssembly. Your audio is never sent anywhere, because it never needs to be.
Keep the format or change it
Write clips in the same format as the source, or convert the set to MP3 or M4A on the way out.
One ZIP for the lot
Named after the file they came from — podcast.mp3 gives you podcast-clips.zip, holding podcast-clip-1.mp3 and the rest.

Your audio never leaves your device
There is no upload step and no server that could accept one. AudioCut runs the real FFmpeg inside this tab, compiled to WebAssembly, so the code travels to your file instead of your file travelling to us. Close the page and every trace of it is gone with the tab.
- Your file is read by the browser and handed to a decoder in the same tab. It is never sent over the network.
- The clips are built on your device too, and so is the ZIP — the download comes from memory, not from us.
- No account, no cookies for tracking, and nothing on the page is fetched from a third party.
